Small, bolty red roaches. They are great for pets that need a softer exoskeleton compared to the harder shells of bigger cockroach species, e.g. Dubia, hissers. Great feeder for all types of smaller pets. Males have wings, they can't fly per say, but they can jump and glide around when in an open space. Great protein source ensuring your pet will be well fed and satiated.

Size: Up to 1" for adults.
Temperature: 80F - 95F but don't exceed 100F
Humidity: 40% - 50% (cleanup enclosure as needed to prevent mold) Make sure there is plenty of ventilation on all sides of enclosure, otherwise ootheca that these guys drop could potentially prohibit hatching from mold growth.
Climbing: Can climb glass and plastics. Ensure you use smooth plastic containers and avoid containers that have textured surface. Also ensure walls of container are kept clean and dust free as build will allow for easier climbing.
Appetite: They'll eat about anything, but we raise our colonies on Romaine hearts, sweet potato, apples for moisture content and then we have our own Roach Chow formula to supplement with protein intake. Do not exceed 25% in protein when feeding these roaches as this may kill your colony.
